Kelsey Grammar doesn't want his soon-to-be ex-wife Camille Grammer accessing money that isn't hers.
The actor, 55, filed legal documents seeking to block Camille, 42, from withdrawing from his retirement and business accounts, papers at Radaronline confirm.
The Emmy-winning star says Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille should not be authorized to receive moneys from his various acting and producing-related guilds and funds — or from Gramnet Inc., the production company they once shared.
After over 13 years of marriage, the couple filed for divorce in late June of this year. In July, he stepped out with new girlfriend Kayte Walsh, 29; although his divorce isn't finalized, Grammer and Walsh are now engaged. Camille has charged that Kelsey "wanted to keep me preoccupied" on Housewives "while he was off having his affair in New York."
It will be the fourth marriage for Grammer, who has two kids with Camille (daughter Mason, 8, and son Jude, 5) and two adult children from previous relationships. Walsh sadly suffered a miscarriage in September.
