Michaele Salahi has been found!
The Real Housewives of DC star was "missing" since early Tuesday, and her husband, Tareq, feared she'd been kidnapped. TMZ has learned, however, that Michaele wasn't abducted or held under duress: she ran off with Journey guitarist Neal Schon!
On Wednesday, TMZ learned that the former "White House party crasher" (Michaele and husband Tareq Salahi infamously crashed a 2009 presidential dinner) has been dating rock icon, Schon; she went to his show in Nashville, Tenn. Tuesday night, and is expected to attend his band Journey's show Wednesday night in Memphis.
Scoop Marketing, the rep for Journey, told TMZ: "Nobody kidnapped [Michaele] and [she and Neal Schon] are in Memphis together."
On Tuesday, Michaele's husband, Tareq, contacted local authorities and then the FBI. His manager told CNN that Tareq last saw his wife Tuesday morning when she was leaving their Virginia home for a hair appointment and a dance class. Michaele then called Tuesday evening from an unfamiliar phone number with an explanation that she was headed to her mother's house. Her mother later told Tareq no visit was planned, the manager said.
Tareq's manager told CNN he feared his wife was "abducted and is being held under duress and forced to tell persons, including authorities, she is OK."
Real Housewives of DC was not renewed by Bravo for a second season.
