Moroccan and Monroe are mini Mariahs!
Proud papa Nick Cannon couldn't help but gush when asked about his son and daughter with Mariah Carey in NYC Tuesday. The America's Got Talent host opened up to Us Weekly about how twins Moroccan and Monroe–dubbed Roc and Roe, for short–are doing.
"They're talking, and they're singing!" Cannon, 31, told Us of the ten-month-olds (whom he and Carey affectionately refer to as "Dem Babies.") "They love to sing a lot, and vibe with our music, so it’s great!"
Recently, Cannon stepped down from his 92.3 NOW radio show "under doctor's orders." (The 31-year-old was hospitalized with kidney failure over the holidays, and again in mid-February for blood clots in his lungs.)
Despite the health scare, the comedian insists he's more content than ever–especially when he counts his blessings on the homefront.
"[Becoming a father] has made me prioritize better," Cannon told Us in the fall. "Now I spend more time on the things that actually matter."
In January, Cannon paid tribute to his wife of nearly four years at the BET Honors, whom he called his personal "hero."
"What most people don't get to experience is the human," he told the audience. "To know you guys are honoring her tonight, I have to continue to honor her every day."
