Where does a former presidential hopeful go to destress post-election? The Happiest Place on Earth, of course!
Mitt Romney (plus two of his sons, Josh and Craig, as well as some of his grandchildren) hit Anaheim, California's Disneyland Tuesday, Nov. 20, where they were spotted riding the Matterhorn and the classic frontier-themed coaster, Thunder Mountain Railroad. (The former governor of Massachusetts and his wife Ann are also parents to Ben, Matt and Tagg, who took heat for saying he wanted to "take a swing" at President Obama during the second presidential debate.)
Following his loss to POTUS, Romney, 65, seems content to fly under the radar and spend quiet time with loved ones — instead of obsessing over poll numbers and prepping for media appearances (as he had been for the last year and a half.)
Over the weekend, the Michigan-born politician and his wife of more than 40 years reportedly enjoyed a casual movie date night, taking in the fifth and final Twilight film, Breaking Dawn — Part 2, in Del Mar, Calif.
After the screening, the Romneys stopped for pizza, where a source told TMZ Mitt was super friendly and even posed for pictures with his fellow pizza parlor diners.
