Chrissy Teigen knows how to vacation right! The star just returned from a one-week getaway to Paris and parts of Italy with husband John Legend and their children, Luna, 3, and Miles, 12 months, and she was sure to share some shots of their tasty eats along the way.
While little Luna adorably took her desire for sweets to Candy Court while in Paris, the family really stepped up their game once they arrived in Italy on Tuesday, June 4. To start things off, Teigen, 33, snapped a photo of Miles and Luna living their best lives in Siena – a city in the central portion of the country. As an overall-clad Miles smiled for the camera, his sister, who was seated next to him on a stoop, enjoyed a sweet scoop of gelato.
Not to be outdone, Teigen and Legend (real name John Stephens), 40, showed off their culinary prowess during a pasta-making class two days later. The couple even donned chef hats for the experience, which featured them using a pasta maker to craft a giant raviolo stuffed with ricotta, spinach, an egg yolk and Parmesan cheese.
Though the Cravings author got some flak on Twitter for referring to her creation as a raviolo (and not ravioli), she took it all in stride. “IT IS A LARGE RAVIOLO, CAN YOU ALL STOP,” she tweeted in response to people trying to (incorrectly) correct her. “IT IS NOT SMALL RAVIOLIS IT IS RAVIOLO.” For the record, the Deal or No Deal alum is correct – raviolo refers to one piece of filled pasta, while ravioli is plural.
