He won Bachelor Pad first, and now he's winning at life! Michael Stagliano married Emily Tuchscherer in a Chicago wedding on Saturday, May 24, proudly sharing sweet snapshots with his new wife from their big day via Instagram.
"Life is good #stagtuchwedding @emilytuch #blessed," he wrote in one close-up picture with his new wife. Stagliano, who first appeared on Jillian Harris' season of the Bachelorette back in 2009, later rose to fame as the season 2 winner of Bachelor Pad. The reality TV star met Tuchscherer back in 2012 in the Windy City on (you guessed it!) Memorial Day.
Another Instagram picture shared by the groom featured Stagliano and his bride walking down the aisle, which he captioned, "#lovelikethis." On Sunday, May 25, he shared a picture at the alter, after being pronounced husband and wife, victoriously clenching his fist. He appropriately captioned the pic, "YES!"
Bachelor nation supported Stagliano on his big day, including his sister-in-law, former Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas, who is married to Michael's twin brother Stephen. "Our family is growing!" Pappas tweeted Friday, May 23. Other former franchise stars to attend the nuptials included Kiptyn Locke and Tenley Molzahn.
Wedding planners Big City Bride shared updates from the ceremony and reception, revealing that the bride and groom performed a choreographed dance for guests. The couple will honeymoon in Fiji.
"That was the best day of my life," Stagliano tweeted early Sunday morning. "It was the best wedding I have ever been too. @emilytuch #stagtuchwedding."
