#TeamQuackAttack! Duck Dynasty‘s Sadie Robertson started off on the right foot, so to speak, on season 19 of Dancing With the Stars. Despite never having danced anywhere except her room, the reality TV standout wowed the judges with her cha cha and earned the second-highest score — a 34 out of 40 — on the Sept. 15 premiere.
“Duckling no more! Here we’ve got a bird of paradise!” Bruno Tonioli exclaimed after her performance with two-time Mirrorball winner Mark Ballas. “I’m telling you, I am gobsmacked.” Veteran ballroom judge Len Goodman added, “Quack, quack, you’ll be back. I’ll see you next week. There’s no way you’re going home.”
Expectations for the 17-year-old star are high going into the rest of the season — and Us Weekly will be there with her every step of the way, via an exclusive blog of personal, behind-the-scenes pictures from Robertson’s time on the ABC competition. Check out her first DWTS photo diary below, and click back next week for another round of snapshots!
