Leah Still, the 5-year-old daughter of NFL player Devon Still, just threw down one adorable gauntlet.
The little girl, who has been battling stage 4 cancer, challenged fellow charming sports kid Riley Curry to a dance-off. Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon shared an Instagram video of his daughter on Sunday, July 26, in which she reaches out to the child of NBA star Stephen Curry.
"I showed Leah the video of Riley doing the whip and all she kept sayin was daddy she can't do it better then me…" Devon explained in the caption. The video he referenced made its way online last week, when 3-year-old Riley's mother, Ayesha Curry, Instagrammed footage of her famous daughter dancing to Silentó's "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" on her birthday.
"I said if that's how you feel then challenge her to a dance off," Devon continued. "So @stephencurry30 the challenge has been sent #RileyKilledTheWhip #ButLeahPracticeThisDanceSoMuchSheBeFeelingHerself #SheLoveSeeingRileyOnTv."
In the accompanying clip, Leah, who was honored with the Jimmy V. Perseverance Award at this month's ESPY Awards, wears a cute headband with a bow and says, "Riley, I saw your video. You think you can Whip better than me?"
"I challenge you to do The Whip!" Leah says, pointing at the camera. As the hit song plays, she then launches into a performance of the song's namesake dance.
Golden State Warriors star Stephen has yet to respond to Leah's challenge on his daughter's behalf. It is a particularly busy time for the point guard, however, as he and his wife welcomed their second child, daughter Ryan, earlier this month.
