It’s a good day to curl up with a Robin Williams movie. The beloved comedian — who died by suicide one year ago on Aug. 11, 2014, at the age of 63 — touched millions with his poignant, funny, and memorable performances in childhood classics like Hook, Jumanji, and Mrs. Doubtfire.

1. Jumanji (1995)
Williams starred in the film adaptation of the children’s book Jumanji, about a man named Alan Parrish who is trapped in a board game and freed by two siblings many years later — along with the wild beasts contained within the game.
2. Good Will Hunting (1997)
The actor won an Oscar for Best Actor in a Supporting Role — his one and only Academy Award win — for his performance as psychologist Sean Maguire in the film, which also starred Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.
3. Hook (1991)
Williams costarred alongside Dustin Hoffman and Julia Roberts in this whimsical re-imagining of Peter Pan. In the flick, Williams played a grown version of Peter Pan who was forced to return to Neverland to save his kidnapped kids from the villainous Captain Hook (Hoffman).
4. Patch Adams (1998)
Williams played Dr. Hunter “Patch” Adams in the film about the larger-than-life real figure, whose book, Gusundheit: Good Health Is a Laughing Matter, inspired millions.
