Nicholas Hautman is the Deputy Editor (News) at Us Weekly, working across print and digital. The Long Island native and Hofstra University graduate started his career as an entertainment journalist at Us from 2015 to 2021. After a four-year stint editing the New York Post‘s Page Six, he returned to Us in 2025. Through the years, Nick has reported extensively on his favorite pop princess, Britney Spears, gaining unprecedented access to her famously small inner circle, in addition to breaking news about Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake, among other stars. He has also reviewed dozens of albums and concerts, receiving recognition from the likes of Harry Styles, The Weeknd and Christina Aguilera. When Nick is not chasing a story, he can be found perfecting his bolognese recipe, cruising in his Jeep or throwing back a crisp glass of rosé with friends at his favorite winery.
