Alexia Umansky

Alexia Umansky is a reality TV personality and real estate agent known for starring on Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills. Alexia is the daughter of Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky. She began her television career as a child, appearing on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alongside her mother. Alexia attended the University of Arizona before transferring to Emerson College, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications in 2018.

Alexia joined her father and half-sister, Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, in the family real estate business at The Agency after earning her license. In 2022, she became a main cast member on Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills, which ran for two seasons. She has also appeared on shows including Love Island: Beyond the Villa and Celebrity Family Feud. In 2026, she competed on season 5 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

Alexia began dating Jake Zingerman in 2019 after the pair had known each other since childhood. They got engaged in 2024 and tied the knot in Los Angeles the following year.
