Dylan Dreyer

Dylan Dreyer is a meteorologist and television personality best known for her work on NBC’s Today, Weekend Today and NBC Nightly News. Dreyer was born in Manalapan Township, New Jersey, and attended Manalapan High School before earning a degree in meteorology from Rutgers University in 2003.

After graduating, Dreyer began her career at local stations, including WICU in Erie, Pennsylvania, and WJAR in Providence, Rhode Island. She joined WHDH in Boston in 2007, where she worked as a weekday morning meteorologist for five years before being hired by NBC News in 2012.

At NBC, Dreyer became a familiar face as part of the Today show’s weather team. In addition to covering major weather events like hurricanes and blizzards, she has served as a cohost on Today 3rd Hour. She is the host of Earth Odyssey With Dylan Dreyer, an educational program on NBC that launched in 2019.

Dreyer married NBC producer Brian Fichera in 2012. The couple welcomed sons Calvin, Oliver and Russell before announcing their split in 2025.
