Jen Hamilton

Jen Hamilton is a labor and delivery nurse, author and social media personality best known for sharing educational content about pregnancy, childbirth and nursing on TikTok and Instagram. Hamilton was raised in Asheboro, North Carolina, and attended Liberty University, where she earned her nursing degree. She began her career as an emergency room nurse before transitioning to labor and delivery, becoming board-certified in inpatient obstetrics.

Hamilton launched her social media platforms in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, using her firsthand experience as a nurse to educate patients, healthcare workers and parents. Her videos quickly attracted millions of followers across platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Hamilton went on to appear in publications including The New York Times and The Huffington Post. In 2026, she released her debut book, Birth Vibes, which became a New York Times bestseller. She also founded the nonprofit Hot Mess Express, which provides free home cleaning services for low-income parents.
