About
Joaquim Valente is a jiu-jitsu instructor based in Miami. He was born and raised in Brazil, and moved to the States after his older brothers, Pedro and Gui, relocated. The siblings own a martial arts studio in Florida.
Valente made headlines in November 2022 when rumors surfaced that he was dating model Gisele Bündchen following her divorce from Tom Brady. Bündchen denied the rumors at the time, but the pair’s friendship later blossomed and they began dating in June 2023.
News broke in October 2024 that Valente and Bündchen were expecting their first baby together. Their son was born in February 2025. Bündchen shares son Benjamin and daughter Vivian with Brady.
