
Joe Locke
Joe Locke is an actor known for his role as Charlie Spring in the Netflix series Heartstopper, which debuted in 2022.
Locke began his career in 2020 performing in theater productions. At 20 years old, he made his Broadway debut as Tobias Ragg in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. In April 2021, Netflix announced that he would be cast as openly gay teenager Charlie Spring, the love interest of Nick Nelson, who is portrayed by Kit Connor. Like his character, Locke was also an openly gay teenager.
Locke joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe in fall 2024 as Teen in Agatha All Along, the spinoff to the WandaVision.
