Lara Trump

Lara Trump (born Lara Lea Yunaska) is a television producer, political advisor and media personality. Lara studied at North Carolina State University, where she earned a degree in communications. She later attended the French Culinary Institute in New York City.

Lara began her career in television as an associate producer for Inside Edition, where she worked from 2012 to 2016. Following her departure, she served as a senior advisor for the presidential campaigns of her father-in-law Donald Trump. She also hosted Real News Update, a Trump campaign-produced online news program.

In 2021, she joined Fox News as a contributor and began hosting the segment My View with Lara Trump. In February 2024, she was elected cochair of the Republican National Committee, and she resigned from the position in December that year.

Lara married Eric Trump in 2014 at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida. The couple share children Eric Luke Trump (born in 2017) and Carolina Dorothy Trump (born in 2019).
