Laura Harrier
Laura Harrier was born and raised in Illinois, where she was discovered by a modeling scout at age 17. She moved to New York city after high school graduation to continue modeling before trying her hand at acting.
Harrier made her acting debut in 2013, playing Destiny Evans on One Life to Live. She made a splash on the big screen in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming, which she followed up with 2018’s BlacKkKlansman. She has since starred in The Starling and White Men Can’t Jump.
She had a recurring role on ABC’s Doctor Odyssey from 2024 to 2024 as Vivian Montgomery.
Harrier dated former Golden State Warriors player Klay Thompson from 2018 to 2019, and then later briefly reconnected in early 2020. The actress moved on with Sam Jarou, whom she met in 2019, but the pair kept their romance quiet for years. In September 2022, Harrier confirmed their engagement. Us Weekly exclusively confirmed in April 2025 that Harrier and Jarou split.
