Lauren Paul
Lauren Paul (née Parsekian) is a director, activist and philanthropist best known for cofounding the Kind Campaign and for her marriage to Aaron Paul. Born in Orange County, California, Lauren is the daughter of filmmaker Thomas Parsekian. She attended Pepperdine University, where she studied film and developed an interest in storytelling and social issues that would later shape her career.
Lauren began her career in film and gained attention with her 2011 documentary Finding Kind, which she codirected. The project, focused on the impact of bullying among young women, led to the creation of the Kind Campaign, a nonprofit organization dedicated to spreading awareness through school programs. Her work in advocacy brought her recognition beyond Hollywood circles.
While Lauren has continued to work behind the scenes in film and philanthropy, she remains closely associated with the Kind Campaign and its outreach efforts. Her documentary work and speaking engagements have contributed to ongoing conversations about bullying and self-esteem.
Lauren began dating actor Aaron Paul in 2010 after meeting at Coachella, and the pair tied the knot in 2013. They share two children, daughter Story (born in 2018) and son Ryden (born in 2022).
