
Lisa
Lisa (born Lalisa Manobal) is a Thai rapper, singer and dancer best known as a member of the global K-pop group Blackpink. She was born in Buriram Province, Thailand, and showed an early interest in performing arts and dance. She auditioned for YG Entertainment in 2010 and became the first non-Korean trainee at the company. After five years of intensive training in Seoul, she debuted with Blackpink in 2016.
Lisa rose to fame as the group’s main dancer and lead rapper, gaining international recognition for her stage presence and versatility. With Blackpink, she has released hit singles including “Boombayah,” “Ddu-Du Ddu-Du” and “How You Like That.” The group has broken multiple records, headlined Coachella and established itself as one of the most successful K-pop acts worldwide. She released her debut solo project, Lalisa, in 2021 and later made her acting debut on HBO’s The White Lotus in February 2025. She released her debut album, Alter Ego (2025), later that month.
Lisa has largely kept her relationships private and has not publicly confirmed any romances. She has previously sparked dating rumors with LVMH heir Frédéric Arnault.
