Lucas Grabeel
About
Lucas Grabeel is an actor and singer best known for playing Ryan Evans in Disney Channel’s High School Musical franchise. Grabeel attended Logan-Rogersville High School in Missouri, where he was active in music and theater. After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting full time.
Grabeel began his career with commercials and small roles on television before landing his breakout part in High School Musical in 2006. He reprised the role in High School Musical 2 and High School Musical 3: Senior Year, acting alongside Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale and gaining widespread recognition for his portrayal of Ryan. He later appeared in projects such as I Kissed a Vampire (2010) and Switched at Birth. He has also done extensive voice work for shows such as Sheriff Callie’s Wild West, Pink Malinky and Elena of Avalor.
Grabeel previously dated actress Emily Morris, though the relationship ended in 2010. He later moved on with producer Riham El-Ounsi.
