Shanola Hampton

Shanola Hampton is an actress best known for her role as Veronica Fisher on Shameless. Hampton developed an interest in performing at an early age and earned a degree in theater from Winthrop University. She later received a Master of Fine Arts in acting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Hampton began her career with small roles on television, including guest spots on Reba, Popular, Scrubs and Criminal Minds. She also worked in commercials and theater before landing her breakout role in 2011 as Veronica on Shameless. She remained a principal member of the cast until the show ended in 2021.

In addition to her TV work, the actress has appeared in multiple films, including Things Never Said (2013), Suburban Gothic (2014) and A Cold Hard Truth (2019). In 2023, she signed on to the cast of NBC’s drama Found as Gabi Mosley, where she also serves as a producer of the show.

She tied the knot with producer Daren Dukes in 2000. The couple share daughter Cai MyAnna, born in 2014, and son Daren O.C., born in 2016.
