Tom Kaulitz
Tom Kaulitz is a German musician best known as the guitarist for the band Tokio Hotel and his marriage to Heidi Klum. Tom was raised in Magdeburg, Germany, alongside his identical twin brother, Bill Kaulitz. The brothers showed an early interest in music and began performing together as children. Tom spent his teenage years focused on building a music career, forming the band Tokio Hotel with his brother in 2001.
Tokio Hotel achieved mainstream success in 2005 with the release of their debut album Schrei, which included the single “Durch den Monsun.” The band went on to release multiple albums, including Zimmer 483 (2007) and Humanoid (2009), building a strong following for themselves in the mainstream. As the group expanded into the international market, Tom established himself as a guitarist and songwriter, contributing to the band’s English and German language releases. In addition to music, he has appeared alongside his brother on Netflix’s Kaulitz & Kaulitz, which follows their personal and professional lives.
Kaulitz was previously married to model Ria Sommerfeld from 2015 to 2018. He began dating Klum in 2018, and the couple announced their engagement later that year. They tied the knot in February 2019.
