Things are getting ugly between Ciara and Future. The “I’m Out” singer, 30, has filed a new lawsuit against her rapper ex, 32. The $15 million defamation and slander suit — TMZ posted the court documents — revolves around Future’s past interviews and recent Twitter rant against Ciara and her current boyfriend, Russell Wilson.
Back in July 2015, Future slammed Ciara and football pro Wilson, 27, during an interview on The Breakfast Club, saying that Ciara had orchestrated a paparazzi photo of Wilson pushing the son they share, Future Jr., 20 months, in a stroller.
“At the end of the day, I’m not for the publicity stunts,” he said on the radio show. “Leave my son out of the publicity stunts. Just leave him out of your relationship.”
In the documents, Ciara allegedly cited this particular interview in addition to several others Future conducted. She also pointed to his tweets from January in the suit.
“This bitch got control problems,” Future wrote at the time in a now-deleted tweet. “I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture… the f–kery for 15k a month. I jus want babyfuture that’s all…I been silent for a year & a half..I ran outta patience.”
Ciara claims she has done her best to let her ex visit with their son, noting there have been at least 19 visitations between the two since December 2014.
Reps for both Ciara and Future had no comment.
