Kevin Connolly and Lydia Hearst have called it quits, multiple sources exclusively confirm to Us Weekly.
The socialite-turned-actress ended her relationship with the Entourage star, 40, after dating for over a year.

Hearst, who serves as a judge on Oxygen's model competition show The Face, revealed the unusual way the couple first met during an interview with Access Hollywood last month.
"We met through mutual friends and Facebook," the 29-year-old said. "Actually, I think I might've hit him up. It was a while ago. It's been over a year. But I love him to death and I'm very happy."
Connolly recently helped Kate Hudson and Tobey Maguire's wife, Jennifer Meyer, celebrate their birthdays on April 26. The actor attended their joint bash at No Name in L.A., wobbling on crutches after injuring himself on set of the Entourage film. The actor attended the party without Hearst.
Hearst's rep did not respond to requests for comment.
