Not so romantic! Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's new husband Jionni LaValle spent what should've been their honeymoon time in a New Jersey court on Monday, December 1. The newlywed pleaded guilty to DUI charges just two days after saying "I do," a Totowa Municipal Court spokesperson confirms to Us Weekly.
LaValle's initial arrest, however, was made back on Aug. 7. LaValle was arrested on Interstate 80 in Totowa, New Jersey, at 3:30 am and was charged with driving under the influence, unsafe lane changes and careless driving.
On Monday, the dad to Lorenzo, 2, and Giovanna, 2 months, plead guilty to only DUI, and the other two charges were dismissed. According to the court, Snooki's love's license has been revoked for three months and he has to attend drug and alcohol education classes.
Despite being knocked for drinking irresponsibly, the happy couple still celebrated at their wedding, which took place at the Venetian in Garfield, New Jersey on Saturday. "Hungover with my husband. (That will not get old) getting mcdonalds and being slobs together. Waiting for walking dead tonight," the former Jersey Shore party girl tweeted the following day.
