Turns out, you can go home again. Teresa Giudice still has several months left on her current prison sentence, but she’ll likely have a place waiting for her on The Real Housewives of New Jersey when she gets out. Assuming she’s interested, of course.
As a source revealed in the April 13 issue of Us Weekly, “Bravo wants Teresa back” for season seven of the franchise. The insider also says the star’s sister-in-law Melissa Gorga will likely return, possibly alongside some newcomers.
Sources tell Us that producers are scouting fresh talent, including Traci Lynn Johnson, 28, wife of NFL great Tiki Barber; Lisa Valastro, 40, Cake Boss Buddy Valastro‘s longtime love; and Erica Levy, 40, who’s married to talk show host Geraldo Rivera.
In the meantime, the network may spotlight other members of the Giudice family. Joe — who will serve his prison sentence after Teresa is released — is in talks with Bravo to star in a reality series about his new life as a single dad to daughters Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5.
“We met,” he told Us during a four-hour interview at his home in New Jersey. “Now it’s something for our attorneys to figure out.”
If they do, in fact, figure it out, things may move quickly. A source says production could begin as early as May.
