Mom's okay… for now! Christin Milioti, who plays the titular mom on CBS' hit series How I Met Your Mother, gave a recent interview slamming rumors claiming that her character had been dead all along.
"That's insane," she told The Hollywood Reporter of fans speculating that her character, the future bride of Josh Radnor's Ted Mosby, has been dead throughout the entire series. (The show follows the life of narrator Mosby, who tells his two kids about his life in NYC and how he met their mother.)

"There are some crazy conspiracy theories, which really makes me love the fans more," Milioti, 28, continued. "That is so crazy."
The Wolf of Wall Street star added that there were no new alternate endings to the show, as conspirators claimed. Showing respect for showrunners Carter Bays and Craig Thomas, Milioti called the finale "beautiful," and noted that the ending was already in place years ago. "They've had this vision for nine years and it's in great hands," she said of the co-creators of the hit sitcom, now in its ninth and final season. "They know exactly what they want to do."
Back in January, Thomas discussed the series ending with reporters at the Television Critics Association. "We want to keep the end really clean, really clean and respectful," he said of the final episode. "This show is ending, and whatever that — whatever 'How I Met Your Dad' would ever be, if it goes, it has to prove itself on its own, and the show deserves the best possible ending that it could get, and the fans who stuck with us deserve that, and that's what we intend to give that."
Indie darling Greta Gerwig is set to star as the lead in HIMYM's spinoff series, How I Met Your Dad. The first of the final four episodes of How I Met Your Mother will air Monday, March 10. The one-hour series finale will air March 31.
