Donald Driver knows exactly where he’s going to display his hard-earned Mirror Ball trophy.
“I’m going to put it next to my Vince Lombardi trophy,” the Dancing With the Stars champ, 27, told Us Weekly post-show Tuesday. “On the opposite side of my desk in my office.”
Wide receiver Driver, who helped lead the Green Bay Packers to victory during Super Bowl XLV in 2011, added that “it took me 13 years to win the Super Bowl, and I’m glad it only took me one season to win the Mirror Ball!”
Driver admitted that he’s “still in shock” after besting opera singer Katherine Jenkins and actor William Levy, both 31. “I have this constant smile on my face. It’s amazing!”
“One thing we did know was that America was going to pull for us. We knew that freestyle can win it and we had an amazing freestyle,” Driver continued. “We found out we had the encore, so it was like we felt it. But then when you’re up there and the lights come on, you get nervous. And we were both nervous until the announcement. And then when we heard my name, we went nuts!”
Driver’s pro partner, Peta Murgatroyd, added: “I feel incredible! I am still on cloud nine. We’re just going to live it up! The other dancers are so amazing and I’m just so proud to be up there with them in the end.”

The athlete credited Murgatroyd for making him “more flexible” over the past few months, which should aid him during this coming football season.
“I’m able to do things I wasn’t able to do two or three years ago, from jumping ability to being more flexible and able to stretch,” Driver told Us. “I think you get to a point where you don’t do those things anymore. You get older and you don’t try those things. But she’s made me comfortable and I feel like I’m a twenty-something going back to play football now!”
