Claws up, Giggy! After Us Weekly exclusively broke the news that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast was filming a music video with Lady Gaga, the Mother Monster herself premiered “G.U.Y.” on March 22.
True to traditional Gaga fashion, the 7-minute clip is filled with eccentric style, exotic locations, and bizarre storylines.
After being “shot down” by what appeared to be greedy businessmen, Gaga, wearing giant bird wings, makes her way to a lively party at Hearst Castle in California where she is dipped in a pool and reborn. In what seems to be a modern take on Ancient Grecian festivities, the Housewives come in as Gaga’s Greek chorus in matching pink dresses.
Lisa Vanderpump plays the tambourine and sings along as Kim and Kyle Richards play acoustic guitars, Yolanda Foster rocks the cello, and Carlton Gebbia plays the harp. Even Bravo host Andy Cohen makes a major appearance as Zeus, singing in the clouds.
Vanderpump, 53, and Kyle Richards, 45, return later in the video, sporting skin-tight black bodysuits, to assist Gaga, 27, as she enacts intense vengeance on the businessmen. Giggy makes an appearance in his mom’s arms looking dapper in a full suit.
Sitting in his Bravo Clubhouse, Cohen recorded an almost 10-minute reaction to the “G.U.Y.” music video, singing along and gasping as he watched his beloved Housewives’ cameos and his own feature.
“I’m shocked that I made it!” he declared.
“@Andy we love you so much! thank you for making this with us!” Gaga tweeted to the elated host.
