Criminal Minds: Evolution
Criminal Minds: Evolution follows a group of criminal profilers who are part of the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) as they solve crimes and investigate serial killers. The Paramount+ original premiered in 2022, reviving Criminal Minds, which ran for 15 seasons from 2005 to 2020.
Criminal Minds: Evolution season 1 is also known by some as Criminal Minds season 16. It focuses on the same characters as the original show, although not every cast member returned. When Evolution premiered, it starred Joe Mantegna, A.J. Cook, Kirsten Vangsness, Aisha Tyler, Paget Brewster and Adam Rodriguez.
Evolution season 2 (or Criminal Minds season 17) premiered in June 2024.
