Fire Country

The hit CBS show, which premiered in 2022, follows Bode (Max Thieriot) as he’s offered the opportunity to potentially shorten his prison sentence by volunteering for the California Conservation Camp Program. After Bode is assigned to his hometown, he reconnects with his family and former friends as he continues to make attempts to redeem himself. 

In addition to Thieriot, who is also an executive producer on the show, Fire Country stars Kevin Alejandro, Jordan Calloway, Stephanie Arcila, Jules Latimer, Diane Farr and Billy Burke.

Season 2 expanded the universe with a backdoor pilot that paved the way for the Sheriff Country spinoff. Sheriff Country is centered around Sharon’s (Farr) estranged sister Mickey (Morena Baccarin) as she solves crimes in Edgewater. The introduction to Mickey aired in April 2024 and the show received a straight-to-series order one month later.  

There have also been reports that Jared Padalecki could star in the Fire Country: Surfside spinoff after his character, Camden Casey, was introduced in season 3.
