About

Love Island USA is a reality dating show based on the U.K. series of the same name. The series, which airs every summer, follows a group of contestants known as “Islanders” living in an isolated villa under constant video surveillance. To stay on the show, the stars must “couple” up, with the winning couple receiving $100,000. Throughout the series, the cast faces multiple challenges to test their connects — and friendships.

The USA version of the series aired its first three seasons on CBS and was hosted by Arielle Vandenberg before moving to Peacock for season 4 with Sarah Hyland as the host. Ariana Madix joined the show as its new host for season 6 in 2024, with season 7 premiering in June 2025.
