Windy City Rehab

Windy City Rehab is a home renovation show on HGTV starring Alison Victoria. The series follows her flipping homes in her hometown of Chicago. Combining her business skills, knowledge of the local market and talent of creating luxury designs, she finds vintage fixer uppers in historic neighborhoods. She has to attract high-end buyers or risk losing substantial investments. Alongside her lead contractor, Donovan Eckhardt, together they revive the homes while making sure the original history, architecture and community roots remain intact.

The series premiered in January 2019, and the spinoff Windy City Rehab: Alison’s Dream Home debuted in 2023. The fifth season of the show premiered in September 2024.

Eckhardt left the show in 2020 after allegedly mishandling the company finances and having both his general contractor and developer licenses suspended.
