Mormon Wives’ Jessi Draper Addresses ‘Self-Confidence Issues’ After Cosmetic Procedures on Her Face

Jessi Draper opened up her battle with insecurities.

Draper, 33, got candid about the recent cosmetic procedures she got done on her face while chatting with Allure in an article published on Thursday, March 26. “I have such self-confidence issues and looking back, I can totally see how I was blinded by those,” she said.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star added, “I was beautiful and I wasn’t able to say that a few months ago, and I can say that now.”

Draper previously opened up about being “extremely unhappy” with her results earlier this month in an emotional social media video posted on March 6.

“I went in for a lower bleph and then I asked about an upper bleph and ended up getting that,” she shared, noting that her doctor also suggested she get fat grafting put into her face as a substitute for filler. “Did not want that [fat] grafting, to be honest. I just listened to a suggestion [without] really understanding what it was, what it was going to do, what the results were gonna be, what the recovery was gonna be.”

Draper also shared that she didn’t “want” or “ask” for fat to be put in her lips, which gave her pout a “lumpy” appearance.

“I’m getting a lot of comments about my lip filler, and I agree, it looks awful,” she said. “My face looks terrible.”

To try and reduce the fat grafting, Draper shared that she got Kybella injections, which made her swollen temporarily while she recovered.

“I’m really insecure,” Draper said through tears. “I understand that I look really different and I hate it. I look back at how I used to look [and] I watched season 4 and I’m like, ‘Damn. I looked really good.’” The hairstylist added that she wanted to “cry” talking about it.

“I wish I saw my inner beauty,” she said, encouraging fans to do more research before getting work done. “This last surgery ruined my life. I look f***ing hideous in season 5. It’s ruined my career.”
