Stranger Things is slaying everything! The cast of the hit Netflix series — which includes Millie Bobby Brown, Caleb McLaughlin and Gaten Matarazzo — have leapt from the small screen to the red carpet, across the pond and beyond. Keep scrolling to see highlights of the busy week that the #luckiestkidsever (as hashtagged by Matarazzo at the Emmys!) had.
Emmy Awesomeness
The new kids on the block began their seven days of slayage at the 2016 Emmys at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater on Sunday, September 19. Brown, 12, looked fly in a black Valentino Red gown with bird appliqués and carrying a special accessory — a bespoke Edie Parker clutch emblazoned with “Mi11ie,” a nod to her character Eleven. McLaughlin, who played Lucas, donned a custom tuxedo by Eaden Myles Design Studios, a tie by D.Leak Bowties and Steve Madden shoes. And Matarazzo, 14, added some pizzazz to his tuxedo with a plaid vest and bow tie.
Rosy Outlook
After the Emmys, Brown left Los Angeles in a black-and-white ruffle-hemmed hoodie printed with flowers and a pair of matching pants on Monday, September 19.
If the Shoe Fits …
“My first pair of jimmy choos! #awesome,” Brown captioned a shot of her shiny black loafers with silver grommet details on Thursday, September 22.
Outerwear That’s So In
Matarazzo — who played fan favorite Dustin — was the center of attention at BBC Radio Show 1 in London on Thursday, September 22, where he wore one of fall’s top trends: a sporty bomber jacket.
Getting His Kicks
“In #Paris styling out, got my Brand new #converse 😆😆 #lucasaakachocolatedaddy,” McLaughlin, decked out in a deep purple suit with a black-and-white printed shirt and olive green sneakers, wrote in a Thursday, September 22, Instagram.
Louis League
“GOT STRANGERS IN THE HOUSE TODAY,” Nicolas Ghesquiere, the creative director of Louis Vuitton, captioned a Friday, September 23, Instagram photo in which he posed with the cast at Paris’ Louis Vuitton headquarters. Later that day, he hinted at an “exciting project” involving the trio in a separate post.
