“We all know that what you eat affects how you feel, so it’s a no-brainer that it would also affect how you look,” says Joynt. "I eat at least one vegan meal a day," she adds. "Not only is it better for the environment to avoid animal products, but I've also noticed my skin is clearer when I cut back on dairy."
