The terrible twos have done Jerry O'Connell in.
The actor — whose twin girls with wife of nearly four years Rebecca Romijn, 38, celebrated their second birthday December 28 — says he doesn't want any more kids.
"My factory is not closed," The Defenders star, 36, told UsMagazine.com at Wednesday's People's Choice Awards, "but it’s finished!"
O'Connell admits raising Dolly and Charlie has been a bit of a struggle, especially when one of the twins — whom he dubs "the bad one" — throws a tantrum in a public place.
"When she wants something and I don’t give it to her, she lies down on the ground and does some weird protest," he told Us. "It’s like a hippie protest. It’s like a sit in."
Another issue for the dad? Grooming!
"I can’t comb their hair," he said. "It’s a big protest. I don’t have sisters. I have never dealt with women. I am not a hairstylist. I have never dealt with these issues. I have to hold them down. They just hate it."
Continued the star, "Are they tomboys, I don’t know? They just don’t like getting their hair brushed. I can’t do it in public because people would think I am abusing my children.”
O'Connell hinted that he had more trouble ahead of him for his girls, who just started school.

"My wife went to pick them up and she couldn’t help but peek through the window," he told Us. "She said one was doing very well and one wasn’t listening. Honestly if there was a pre-military school, I would send her immediately!"
