The gang's all here! The ladies of The Talk — Sharon Osbourne, Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Aisha Tyler, and Sheryl Underwood — took a little trip to Neverland for Halloween this year, dressing up as characters from J.M. Barrie's classic story about Peter Pan, a boy who wouldn't grow up, and the magical land where he lived.
Using Disney's 1953 animated version of the tale as the inspiration for their costumes, the hosts went all out bringing Neverland to life for their Oct. 31 episode. Gilbert, 38, donned a green tunic, matching pants, short-haired wig, and pointed elf-like ears as the eternally youthful Peter, while her costars channeled various other characters from the movie.
Osbourne, 61, had one of the most elaborate ensembles: a sexy Captain Hook costume with a fitted black jacket, red satin corset, black wig, feathered black hat, fake mustache, and, of course, a giant silver hook for a hand. Her sidekick, Smee, was played by Underwood, 50, who was unrecognizable in a bald cap, red-and-white striped top, fake bushy eyebrows, and glasses.
Chen, 43, channeled Peter's fairy friend Tinkerbell in a sparkly green minidress with layered tulle and fairy wings. She also donned a blonde wig and carried a gold wand. Last but not least was Tyler, 43, who went in costume as Wendy Darling in a long, empire-waist pink dress and big white bow.
Of course, The Talk wasn't the only show to get into the spirit of Halloween on Thursday. Matt Lauer and his fellow Today show co-hosts also went all out, as characters from classic '80s TV shows. All the costumes were great, but Lauer's was by far the best — he stole the spotlight as Pamela Anderson on Baywatch, in the model's famous red swimsuit and a blonde wig.
