Julie Chen

Julie Chen is a television personality, host, anchor and producer for CBS. She was born in Queens, New York, but moved to California for college and graduated from USC in 1991. Her first job was as an intern alongside Andy Cohen at CBS Morning News in 1990. From there, she went on to work for ABC NewsOne and later, landed jobs as anchors on CBS Morning News and CBS This Morning. She became the host of Big Brother in 2000 and The Talk in 2010.

In 2004, Chen married Les Moonves and in 2009, they welcomed their first son. In 2018, multiple women accused Moonves of sexual misconduct and Chen stood by her husband. After he was fired from the network, she announced she would be leaving The Talk. She remains the host of Big Brother.
