UPDATE: According to TMZ, Sherri Shepherd and Lamar Sally are expecting a baby together through a surrogate and Sally is filing for full legal and physical custody of unborn baby. He is reportedly asking for spousal support from Shepherd and looking to limit her to visition rights.

Sherri Shepherd's going to be single once more. The View co-host's husband, Lamar Sally, has filed for divorce after nearly three years of marriage, TMZ reports. Sally filed legal documents on May 2.
Shepherd, 47, and Sally tied the knot back in August 2011 at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago. In September 2012, the TV personality revealed during an appearance on Rachael Ray that she and Sally were looking for a surrogate.
Shepherd has sat on the ABC talk show's panel since 2005. She currently co-hosts with Whoopi Goldberg, Jenny McCarthy, and Barbara Walters. Last month, she jumped up-and-down in excitement with McCarthy when the former Playboy model revealed she's engaged to Blue Bloods actor Donnie Wahlberg.
Shepherd was previously married to Jeff Tarpley for nine years until their split in 2010. They share son Jeffrey, 8.
