Could this woman be more flawless?!
Gracing Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week for the second time, Blake Lively attended the Marchesa fall 2015 presentation on Wednesday, Feb. 18—less than two months after giving birth to her first child, a daughter.
Ever the fashionista, Lively, 27, dressed her already trim post-baby body in a scoop-neck halter top, which she tucked into a voluminous skirt featuring a chartreuse bird print (all by Marchesa). The Gossip Girl alum accessorized the ensemble with dainty rings, of-the-moment ear cuffs, and a pair of lemon platform heels.
For beauty, the Age of Adaline star modeled bronzed cheeks that belied the freezing temps. Her blonde mane (with brunette roots) was parted to one side and slicked back behind each ear.
Inside the event, Lively took her seat in the front row next to Vogue‘s editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour. Both ladies were spotted smiling while looking at the actress’ phone.
Lively’s parents, Elaine and Ernie, also joined their youngest daughter at the event. Proving that Lively is a style inspiration even to her mom, Elaine showed up in the same printed black and red poncho—the “Reverse Raven Trench Cloak” by Lindsey Thornburg—that Lively wore during her pregnancy, which is still available for $1,350 on her site, Preserve.
Once outside the St. Regis Hotel, where the event (in part sponsored by Fiji Water) was hosted, Lively, who’s been married to Ryan Reynolds since 2012, posed for pictures bundled up in a fur-trimmed black coat, lined in crimson.
After leaving the event, the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants actress saluted Marchesa’s designers, Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig, on their gorgeous autumn dresses. “…turns out it’s not appropriate to drool at a fashion show,” Lively wrote via Instagram, tagging on a winking emoji. “I’m in awe of Georgina & Keren!”
