Sealed with a kiss! Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony proved they just might be the most amicable exes in Hollywood as they shared a very tender moment (which you can watch in the clip above) on stage at the 2016 Latin Grammy Awards on Thursday, November 17.
The former married couple surprised the audience at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas by debuting their single “Olvídame y Pega la Vuelta,” but there was more to come.
Because after their performance Lopez, 47, presented her ex-husband, 48, with the Person of the Year award, and as the excited crowd chanted “beso” — meaning “kiss” in Spanish — they locked lips.
Before the sweet moment, Lopez delivered a heartwarming speech, in her mother tongue, about the father of her two children saying:
“Marc is a living legend. He is a magical and pure artist giving away classics that will stay forever. He will always be many things in my life.”
“He will always be a lot of things to me. He’s my kindred spirit. My love.”
Five years ago, the pair separated after seven years of marriage, but they continue to coparent their 8-year-old twins, Emme and Max.
They also announced in October that Anthony and the company he manages, Magnus Media, would produce her upcoming Spanish-language album.
Lopez has not remarried after their relationship ended, but Anthony tied the knot with his fourth wife, model Shannon De Lima, in 2014.
