Alexis Bellino is best known as one of the Real Housewives of Orange County, receiving an orange in season 5. She left after season 8 before ultimately returning for season 18 in 2024.

Alexis, who also had a brief role on General Hospital in 1963, first appeared on the Bravo franchise with then-husband Jim Bellino. Alexis and Jim were married between 2005 and 2018. They share son James and twins Miles and MacKenna. (Miles publicly came out as transgender in 2022.)

After her divorce, Alexis started dating John Janssen in 2023. Janssen, who previously was in a relationship with RHOC cast member Shannon Beador, proposed in August 2024. Alexis and Janssen’s relationship sparked a feud with Beador and their RHOC costars during season 18. Alexis and Janssen tied the knot in September 2025.
