Brendan McLoughlin
About
Brendan McLoughlin was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. He worked as a model in his late teens before becoming a New York City Police Department officer. He was stationed in the Midtown South Precinct before taking a leave of absence in July 2019.
McLoughlin was engaged to a woman named Jackie Bruno before welcoming his son, Landon, with New York-based attorney Kaihla Rettinger in November 2018. Three days before Landon’s birth, McLoughlin met Miranda Lambert on the set of Good Morning America in Times Square. They started dating shortly after and secretly married in January 2019. The newlyweds kept the news under wraps until Valentine’s Day.
McLoughlin and the country singer divided their time between NYC and Nashville in the first few months of their marriage, but he now lives with her full-time in the Tennessee capital. The couple made their red carpet debut at the Academy of Country Music Awards in April 2019.
