Michelle Randolph

Michelle Randolph is an American actress and model known for her work on the Paramount+ series 1923 and Landman. Michelle was born and raised in California alongside her older sister, Cassie Randolph, who rose to fame on The Bachelor. While pursuing an acting career, Randolph continued her education and graduated from Arizona State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in film and media studies.

Randolph began her career as a model after signing with Wilhelmina Models in 2016, booking campaigns with major fashion and lifestyle brands. Randolph made the transition to acting with her debut in the 2017 TV movie House of the Witch. She followed that with roles in A Snow White Christmas (2018) and 5 Years Apart (2019) before landing her breakout television role.

The actress gained wider recognition after portraying Elizabeth Strafford on Taylor Sheridan’s 1923, a prequel to Yellowstone, which she starred in from 2022 to 2025. She later reunited with Sheridan for Landman, in which she played Ainsley Norris. Outside of acting, she cofounded the sustainable fashion brand LNDN Denim with her sister.

Michelle previously dated actor Gregg Sulkin. The pair were together for around five years before splitting in 2023. She later sparked dating rumors with actor Glen Powell after the two were spotted together in December 2025.
