Cassie Randolph grew up in Huntington Beach, California, where she was an avid surfer. She received her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from Biola University in La Mirada, California, in 2016. She went on to work as an ESL substitute teacher at Huntington Beach Adult School before pursuing a master’s degree in speech pathology at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Randolph pressed pause on graduate school in late 2018 to compete on season 23 of The Bachelor, where she vied for former NFL player Colton Underwood’s heart. She was a frontrunner throughout the season and made it to the final three, but ended up breaking things off with Underwood ahead of their Fantasy Suite date over her fears about the fast pace of their relationship. They gave their romance a second shot during the season finale, but split for good in May 2020.

Randolph began dating musician Brighton Reinhardt in August 2020 after being friends for years. Reinhardt proposed in November 2024.
