Sam Asghari

The personal trainer was born in Tehran, Iran, and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 12. He played football in high school and college before finding an interest in fitness. He was 290 pounds at his heaviest as a teenager, but shed nearly 100 pounds once he started learning about nutrition and exercise.

Asghari’s new physique helped jumpstart his career as a model and actor. He appeared in Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home” music video in 2016. Later that year, he was cast in Britney Spears’ “Slumber Party” video as her love interest. He and Spears started dating and married in June 2022. He filed for divorce in August 2023 and the split was finalized in May 2024. In December 2024, Us Weekly confirmed he had begun dating Brooke Irvine a few months prior.
