Brandi Glanville doesn’t want to fight anymore.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 40, isn’t exactly waving a white flag in the fight between her and ex-husband Eddie Cibrian‘s new wife, LeAnn Rimes, but she is hoping they can settle their differences like adults and figure out some way to co-parent in peace.
“My intention has always been to take care of my children and tend to their well-being,” Glanville tells Us of her sons Mason, 9, and Jake, 5. “Unfortunately, my ex-husband has not been communicative with me in this regard, and so I have needed to seek him out publicly.”
Indeed, as the model told Us Weekly‘s Rebecca Bienstock in an exclusive interview recently, the only way she’s been able to get through to her ex is via social media.
“I don’t have communication with [Eddie and LeAnn] because I don’t get responses when I reach out,” she explained. I only get responses when I put it on Twitter. Twitter seems to work.”
Now, though, Glanville hopes the three of them can take their battle offline and resolve their issues face to face.
“I have not, and do not, wish to engage in a battle fought through the media,” she tells Us. “My hope is that now that I have my ex-husband’s attention, I also can get his and his wife’s commitment to work with me to co-parent our children in a most loving, safe and supportive fashion.”
