The show must go on! Rocker Dave Grohl didn't let a painful fall stop him from performing. The Foo Fighters' lead singer, 46, wiped out during a concert at the Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden on Friday, June 12.
Grohl, with the help of the on-site medical staff, temporarily patched himself up before hopping back on stage to finish the show.
The Foo Fighters' official Twitter account posted a picture of the X-ray of one of Grohl's clearly damaged bone, writing, "Thank you Gothenburg. That was amazing."

The rep for the group released a statement to Us, saying, "While the full extent of Dave’s injuries are still being determined, it was confirmed at a post-show hospital visit that he sustained at least one fracture."
As a result of the spill the group has cancelled its June 14 appearance at the Pinkpop Festival and its June 16 show at the AFG Arena in St. Gallen, Switzerland.
