It’s fine, y’all. Robert Pattinson’s fiancee, FKA twigs, told Complex magazine that she wasn’t mad at T-Pain for spilling the beans about their engagement back on April Fool’s Day.
“It’s fine, I’m a pretty chill person, do you know what I mean?” the British singer, 27, told the mag when asked if she was mad about how the news broke. Complex author Cedar Pasori, however, notes that the “Two Weeks” singer seemed “genuinely sad” about it.
Ever since first stepping out with the Twilight hunk, 29, in September 2014, the songstress has been scrutinized and verbally attacked by Pattinson’s aggressively dedicated fans.
“It is pretty horrible,” twigs said of the racist remarks that have been hurled at her on social media. “But ultimately, I’m in an amazing relationship. So it doesn’t matter.”
After Us Weekly exclusively revealed the two were dating, they got engaged six months later. At the time, a source told Us the couple bonded over music, and that twigs thought Pattinson was “unbelievably handsome.”
“They’ve been inseparable,” another source told Us following their engagement. “He’s been calling her his greatest love.”
Pattinson, as fans are well aware, previously dated Twilight costar Kristen Stewart for three years until splitting in May 2013.
